Ok so i was reading my scale wrong. I started eating less take out food and working out a little bit After the holidays. I was about 320/318. I started counting calories on here 2 weeks ago. I thought my scale was reading 315 but it actually says 310. (My very dumb mistake) I didn't know each notch was 2lbs. but is that possible i mean how? I'm definitely not remembering wrong & i am definitely reading it right NOW

10lbs in the first 2 weeks, when you have a higher start weight, is believable. Some of it will be water weight, sure, but your scale probably isn't messing with you. Well done! It generally slows down a bit, but it's a great start.
