    Hi there - I'm in the Rochester, NY area too. I'm a woman who is looking to lose 80 pounds that I put on due to mindless eating over several decades. I've lost 9 pounds in three weeks just from the calorie counting that I've done on here. I don't plan to run, but I'd like a local to check in with once in a while!
