Five pounds of pure fat gone!

I began, or should I say restarted, my weight loss journey the week before Christmas. On December 22, I had an InBody Scan done to determine my body fat percentage vs. lean muscle mass. I have been consistently exercising 6 days a week and counting/weighing everything.
I went back today and had another scan done. I am happy to report that my body fat percentage went down 2% and my lean muscle mass stayed exactly the same. That equates to a five pound fat loss. Which doesn't sound like much until you google images of 5 pounds of fat!
It is so encouraging to know that my handwork is paying off. Hoping that it might encourage someone else as well.

Congratulations! I'm doing the same thing. Tracking macros and have just lost 5 lbs in January. My fat percentage tester showed me down about 2-2.5 percent meaning most of mine was body fat. Plus I'm lifting and increasing weight so I'm not worried that I've lost muscle. Keep it up!2
