    You certainly have inspired me today to keep pushing. Thank you for sharing. I don't see results right away and it's in those times I want to cave. What I'm learning is to track everything regardless of what it is. Be true to myself. I'm only fooling me if I'm not. You look fantastic and I'm a bigger person who enjoys seeing the before and after photo to see where the biggest lose is visible. :)

    I'm inspired. A significant change at 40 lbs. 40 lbs is my first target to get me to one-derland. Like you, will still have more to go. Great Job!!
