Hey everyone!

Just thought I'd introduce myself...starting this journey again, but this time I'm 100% committed. Joining a new gym and buying new groceries tomorrow. I weigh 176 right now, and the goal is between 135-145, so here goes nothing!

    During my senior year of college I lost 17lbs the old fashioned eat less, burn more way and it worked well! I just fell off the bandwagon and kept eating crappy food. I can be lazy, so I just need to dive in and learn how to change my ways so that I'll stick with them :)
