I'm a nurse practitioner not new to this app, but new to the community boards! Any other nurses out there?

    I'm a nurse! Used this app a bit last year, but brought it back this week! Trying to lose some weight for my fall wedding! I would love to speak with other nurses! Working shift work has been such a challenge! My rotation is all 12 hr shifts, 2 days, 2 nights, then off for 5! My days are find, but nights are harder!

    @pheodora it really is!! The constant rotating between days to nights is hard

    Hi, I am and mostly work nights which I find challenging with not snacking on nights.
