    Greatest city in the world. I'm North London through and through - born in the Whittington in Archway - lived in Finsbury Park, Crouch End, Palmers Green and now Wood Green. (PS.     Hi, I am from Oxford (just down the road - honest!) but spend alot of time in London - and love it.
    I was born in London & lived all over (parents worked for a brewery, did relief management) from Covent Garden to Nottinghill etc etc etc.
    This is the one place that I have always felt at home - its the best city - EVER :happy:

    Hehe I think people in San Francisco/Sydney/Denver/Toronto/Berlin/Prague/Venice/Paris might have a chuckle at London being the world's '' greatest '' City, but i live outside London, but spend unhealthy amounts of time there!!

    been to San Fran and Paris, they are amazing citys, thought Sydney was Londons lonely cousin, too small for me.

    SE London / Kent Borders here. I must say that I am not a fan of London! Lived here my whole life and would love to live abroad. I travel through central London every day for work and I find it too busy, noisy, smelly and the majority of people are rude and self centred :( London makes me sad.
