Joined WW "one more time" b/c I was afraid of WLS @ 376# and 65yo.

2014 -32#
2015 -16#
2016 -37#
2017 -7#

It's been a steady moving ahead through one rotator cuff surgery, arthroscopic knee surgery, increasing my exercise to include water aerobics 4X week, now swimming 1/2 mile 9ki5b9xphqek.jpg
laps too, lots of walking the dog to get my 10K steps on Fitbit.
