Successes/struggles this week: Since I won't be around tomorrow doing my final January weigh in now. My success is that I lost this month. I bounced around a bit but ended up averaging .5lb per week which is my normal goal, even though I was hoping to drop a bit more with my new work out routine.
I really hope we do this again for February.

Successes/struggles this week: Food was just easy for me this week. Not sure why, but I just wasn't tempted like I usually am. Even when I snuck out to buy myself lunch one day, all on my own, I searched out a healthy place and choose a brown rice and veggie bowl. Now I just need to move my *kitten* more. I didn't make my goal, but I lost 10 lbs and I'm SUPER happy!4 -
I started on the 9th and I am down 2 lbs. Trying for 1lb per week but it has been really tough giving up the snacking. Will do better next month!

Got down to 162.4..(Fridays weigh in) and then went to my anniversary dinner. Goal might have not been met but I still lost and maintained that loss.

I was looking for this kind of thread in October, November, and December, but could not ever find one. I was then away from MFP for a few weeks, but now that I'm back I'm SO glad to see that this kind of thread was re-started! I'll definitely be joining in the February thread!1

Successes/struggles this week: Successes - I am happy with my losses this month even if I didn't reach my intended goal. I had some ups and downs, but I stayed on track for an entire month and lost 5lbs because of it! I started working out and even though I got sick this week, I will pick up where I left off once I feel better.
