I have been logging onto myfitnesspal for five days now. It's great to have, but sometimes its a daunting task to think I have a long road to go.

    A lot of good things in life take time and effort, don't get discouraged! I have noticed that since I started eating healthier, I feel better and generally am healthier. Add some friends here, so you have people who can motivate you whenever you need it. Feel free to add me if you like.

    I just started using Myfitness pal, as well. So far 2 days completed. I started w/ 1400 cal/ day, helps me plan and see what room I have for health snacks. Winter is a challenge for exercise.
