Made my goal (and Diet Bet!) for January, and now February will be a little more difficult. It's a few days shorter, has the same goal (3% of Jan 1 weight), and the "easy" first couple pounds were last month. Need to buckle down and keep my momentum going.2 -

I really need this challenge. Over the last several months I have gained almost 20 pounds back of the 80 that I had lost previously so I need to get back my focus. I have really started eating more bread that I had in a long time and not watching my portion sizes. I have got to get back to what I was doing when I was losing before, eating a lot less bread and weighing out my portions.3 -

Successes: Exercise 5 to 6 days a week. Have been able to curb my stress eating.

Struggles: Check in everyday to log my food and water intake. Even though I don't eat a lot, the weight keeps creeping up as I get older. My main problems are not eating on a regular schedule, and not being able to exercise due to several health issues. (Lupus of the joints and Fibro). Plus, I'm recovering from Pneumonia right now, so exercise probably won't be happening for at least another couple of days.2 -
