Hello, question about this Metabolic popup on this website

I clicked on this Metabolic page to see what what my my metabolism was, then it goes to the exercise DVD'. Has anyone on here bought those and is it a legit thing, 15 minutes of exercise three times a week. Would be nice if it were but afraid it is a scam thing then they have my credit card. Thanks for any info.

    Don't do it I'd personally research on websites or YouTube for workouts. Now adays you.can get most things somewhere for free
