    Eat foods with more calories.

The most common problem people have when starting out is going from one extreme (over eating, and therefor needing to lose weight) to another (drastically cutting calories, foods, etc).

You can eat your normal foods, just fit them into your calorie goal.

Many people have this issue when first starting out due to being calorie aware for the first time, changing their food styles so much that the lower calorie options are difficult to get in due to volume, etc.

I don't know what your particular goals are or your stats and calories but in truth if you are having trouble reaching your goal introduce denser calorie items like nut butters, ice cream, avocadoes ansd the like.

Weight loss is going to be a miserable long haul if you starve yourself. Think along the lines of eating as much as you can at the same time as losing weight - it's a win win. Chronically undereating leads to many problems later on hair loss, fatigue, loss of periods, emotional difficulties.

    All the best.
