If you do interval workouts, can you post your routine?

I just want to see what everyone else does in their interval workouts...so i can see if I should be switching it up, looking for improvements, etc. Here is what I do:
on treadmill: 30 - 45 min
warm up 6 min
incline to 10%/12% at 3.2 mph for 2 min
incline down to 1% for 2 min
rinse and repeat, and then cool down for 3-4 min.
Also, I have been doing this for about 2 months. Working my way up from 3.0 mph & up to 10/12% inclines. Is that too long to be doing the same thing? How do you know when to switch things up?
I do the stationary bike some days too, but I haven't really figured out a interval workout for that, so I just bike at the same level/speed for those 30 min.

I work out on elliptical trainer. Incline of 10. Resistance 8-10. I do intervals where I go fast at 200-230 rpms/minute, then back to 130-150 rpms. I do 40-60 minutes. I also do stationary bike. I spin at resistance of 10 and do 1 minute ntervals on resistance of 20 (I'm standing out of the saddle for this). Do this for 40-60 minutes0
