I always crave more (even if I'm full) for a little something else before bed. Any recommendations for healthy, low calorie, snacks?

I eat sugar free jelly (I think it's jello in the US). I make one up every teatime - 500ml size. Have it with either 15ml single or a bit of yoghurt.

I have a chocolate protein shake, either Atkins or Pure Protein about 2 hours before I go to bed. It really helps with hunger and nighttime snacking.

Eat whatever you want at night if you can fit it in your macros then it's fair game. I sometimes eat my highest Carb meals at night especially if I'm training legs in the morning. 100g oats and 400ml skimmed milk with maybe nuttella and peanut butter in it never done me harm. Listen to your body and don't starve yourself. Large snack a jack rice cakes are also good to curb hunger pangs and at 11 carbs you can't go wrong.

Haven't had it in awhile, but when I was trying to break my nightly sugar addiction, I'd crush ice in a blender, put it in a mug/bowl and add Mio (or other sugar free/calorie free) flavoring syrup to it - calorie free sno-cone! :)

I eat popcorn every night before bed, along with maybe a fiber one bar, a 140 calorie pack of cookies or whatever I want for the night. I know I like to have snacks at night so I just factor it into my daily calories.

100g Fage 0% Fat yoghurt - plenty of healthy caesin which is slow release protein to repair your muscles whilst you sleep. Plus it should just fill that hole and stop the grumbling in your tummy whilst being relatively low calorie. Win-win.
