Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's see if we can do 150.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 150 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    i have never tried these tricep dips before they look tough lol but i will try my best tonight to do as many as possible. I don't think ill get to the 150 tho but it will give me a goal to work for. =)

    Oh man.... Can you try putting up the resistance challenges on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays? Can't do that many dips on my cardio day. :(

    I got mine done. 160 of them, that was tough.

    I did them! I did the modified version with knees bent since my triceps are my weakest spot. I didn't even realize it until I was doing a balance ball workout that required me to do a triceps dip while balancing my feet on the yoga ball.
    I did 5 sets of twenty five with about an hour rest after the first two, then did the last three.

    I love the Mini-Challenge!

    Done. Thanks again for motivating us. Lots of sets of 15, but some of 20 - I'm working my way up.

    My goal was 100, I managed 80. I did arms today, so that was on top of 7 sets or three different tricep exercises. I'll take that!
