Need Help Staying on Healthy Habit

Lost 12 lbs in January, Ended 10-Day Detox Yesterday, Need Help Staying on Healthy Habit. My girlfriend and I kicked sugars, legumes, alcohol, grains, and dairy for 10 days and I felt great. Today I had a single bite, about 1/8-1/4 of a valentines donut from DD, tasted great felt like crap immediately following, stomach didn't like all that sugar. So what did I do, I decided to get a no-cheese burrito from Moe's. Great way to start a new habit of eating! HELP ME.

    I feel the same way when I eat simple carbs and sugars, its just never worth it... yet I dabble daily. keep up the fight! your a motivation for me
