Hello everyone I am new to this ....I am against diet ....well I like good food, I like to move but my big problem is a mom problem no time, no time and now I now because of your website my portion size...so here I am trying to see what I need to eat ...portion size and will see what I will gain...well lose ...hahaha. I know I need to lose 20 pound but we never know starting anyway a new life with you guys!

Diet shouldn't mean that you have to follow a certain list of foods that you are not usally eating. With MFP you will be able to learn the calorie count in foods you are already eating, but now you will be aware of calorie count and portion size. It is a learning tool and I'm sure you can make it work for you. Good luck. FG0
