Reaching for my goals

Hello, we'll were do I start. I am a wife and a mom of 3 children. I've been logging in every day for the past month. My goal weight is to lose 60 pounds. But my first goal would be 23 pounds. I am excersising on a daily. A hour walk or a hour on the eliptical. I find it hard some days because I have So many so called friends n family who are constantly being negative n never really Supportive. But this time around I will prove them wrong. I am tired of being un happy so I am going to do this for me to be healthier n alot more happier with how I feel.

    I've had MFP for years with minimal support, but this time I am trying to do it with buddies! Good luck! Support makes a lot of difference!
