I could use some healthy snack ideas

I'm 26, I work full time and am in graduate school part time. I just joined yesterday and can't say i've tried every diet mostly I just try to eat healthy and excersize as much as possible but I'm not very good at being aware of everything im eating so hopefully this online program will work for me and motivate me. I've done WW before and it worked great until I stopped going to meetings and tracking my food and got caught up in everyday life.

I had open heart surgery about 5 years ago, i had no prior heart problems just got really sick, the doctors never really figured out what happened. I tend to think that it was a result of my taking Metabolife (which contains Ephedra) Luckily I am healthy again and have no serious health problems. At any rate, if you are taking any sort of supplements please be aware of the dangers of Ephedra and Ma Huang (an opiate chinese herbal supplement similar to Ephedra) both have the same effect and can be very bad for you and damaging to your heart and lord knows what else.

I'm looking to lose about 20 pounds, I'd like to be able to fit into my old clothes and well, the whole bathing suit thing stresses me out too (As it does most women) I'm going to Miami in a month with my boyfriend and hopefully by then I'll have lost at least 5lbs. (wish me luck)

I could use some helpful hints, and some healthy recipies! I'm hoping that these message boards will be a good support system for me. And I hope to return the favor as much as I can! Does anyone know of any good, healthy snacks that actually have flavor?
