Hello,
I am new to MFP, a friend introduced me to this and I've already begun a different outlook on food. I'm watching what I eat more than before and looking forward to exercising. The more you exercise the more calories you are granted, its always been like that but the way this site helps you figure the calorie intake is kind of fun. Can't wait till tomorrow :happy:
