Hi everyone!

I've been using my fitness pal on my phone here and there recently, and now that I've found the website and community maybe I'll keep up with it! I've been trying to "diet" for a long time now... and actually ended up gaining a few pounds recently. Yesterday... something miraculous happened and I've gotten back to the gym and I've been watching my calories again! (I have been doing yoga twice a week also) My goal is to lose 35 pounds, and change my eating habits. I'm 24 years old, 5'8" and 184ish pounds. While I'm trying to eat lower calories and smaller portions, I'm also trying to eat more natural and whole foods. I'm sick of everything making me sick! So, here I am, maybe I can keep up on this message board thing, and make a few friends. Wish me luck!!
