Hi! My name is Melissa and I been on a weight loss journey since forever! At first it was all about loosing weight to look good but now I want to be fit and healitheir for my future. I definitely been struggling with seeing scale go down but I have seen physical changes, which makes me confused. I have been eating well but occasionally I'll sneak a cake pop or two. If anyone can be of any motivation or is going throug the same thing please share your thoughts

    Same with me Melissa. I have been cutting down for about a month, feel better because I have been exercising, too. I think I may have replaced some fat with muscle and so weight may not begin to decline until I begin to lose more. I need to cut out the sneak ins, too. I don't like cake pops, but I have a few other things I slip up on. We can do this!

    Hi Melissa, done the weight loss thing my whole life. We all have that trigger that sets us off. Mine is ice cream. Must resist... Most of the time anyway!

    I think I have built some muscle because I incorporate strength training with my daily exercise of bike riding so I'm thinking that's why the scale has not gone down. However, I won't let that discourage me. Thanks for your insights! Definitely made me feel better that I'm not the only one on the struggle bus.
    We can definitely do this!
