I am looking to lose fat. I am currently 325lbs and on a ketogenic diet. So far I lost about 20 lbs but I don't care about losing weight as I am currently working out regularly and strength training but I do want to lose the fat. My goal weight would be 250lbs because I remember being that weight and feeling lean and awesome. On the other hand if I can stay at 300lbs of pure muscle that would be epic btw I am 6'2. If you have similar goals and want to share tips on food or workouts feel free to add me. My diary is open as well you can post here or on my wall thanks for reading and good luck to you.
