It's grocery shopping day! I'm currently writing a list of meals and snacks that I will then write a shopping list from. Does anyone have any yummy healthy recipes to share or maybe some snack ideas?

I have my diary set up for next week already and have been planning my meals based on that. I live alone and I'm a grad student who also works so I prep for the week and eat the same thing every day but change my menu from week to week.

    Grocery list:

    Breakfast
    - egg whites
    - laughing cow cheese

    Lunch
    - pita (not logged yet, attempting to find best option at a city grocery store this weekend)
    - Trader Joes Chili Lime Chicken Burgers (these things are a life saver)
    - bolthouse ranch dressing
    - guac snack packs

    Snacks
    - mini meatballs
    - marinara
    - baby carrots
    - hummus

    Dinner
    - 93/7 ground beef
    - carrots
    - cucumber
    - sesame oil
    - green onion
    - brown rice
    - soy sauce
    - brown sugar

And I will probably check whole foods to see if they have any halo top.

    My other usual snacks include
    - babybel cheese
    - proscuitto
    - berries
    - rice cakes
    - greek yogurt
    - guac and carrots/cucumbers/peppers

I am way too excited about meal planning every week!

I've never thought about having eggs as a snack. I love that!
