    I have chronic pain (back and neck issues) and I'm currently doing hydrotherapy and focusing on my core strength. It's amazing how much it helps :)

    Swimming, Mountain Biking, Road Biking, Dirt Bike Riding, Weight Training, and various pieces of cardio equipment. I mostly swim right now. I hate swimming but it burns a lot of calories. I usually wished I would have never learned to swim by the end of every workout.

    Currently doing Body Beast, Also some additional weight training, and running. I'm competing in my first Spartan race on February 26, and do several other ocr races and road races including marathons

    Mostly power walking outdoors or on treadmill, some kickboxing, dancing, and hoopnotica. No set workout plan, just depends on my mood. I get outdoors as much as possible during fall-spring. Summers in Houston TX are miserable outdoors.
