This is my boy, he's now 13.5 years old. That cat loves him to death and follows him everywhere, trying to be his best friend. He begrudgingly tolerates it.

What a gorgeous dog! I was pegging her as a Swedish Valhund just by the first picture... But I have a half-corgi/half-blue-heeler... so I want all dogs to have wee short legs.1 -

Thank you!! She's sat behind me looking very proud of herself
Aw the Swedish Valhund are just SO cute, I'd love to adopt one into our furry family, but I think it'll have to be a French Bulldog next...unless my partner gets his way for another wolfdog, haha.
Wow, what an interesting cross!! Does she look more corgi or more blue heeler?? (Sorry I can't find your pictures if you've added them!)

Aha, well. I'd be lying if I said there isn't a learning curve!!
We got very lucky with Lili, she's such a sweet little potato, but honestly there are just some utterly mad things I've never had to deal with before in dogs
I mean, I caught her eating a rock. Eating. A rock. Her teeth are fine....
Or the day she puked up her own poo.
That was new on me
But that being said, she's such an intelligent, loving and loyal creature that I'd happily take any quirk she wants to offer me
In fact, my partner wants to get another one.... *laughs nervously*0 -

I'm dogsitting so I'll show off my dogsitting dogs
this is Dirk
The whiteish one is Lucky and the black one is Stella.
Dirk is my boyfriend, and normally he's really skittish and takes a while to trust people, but the first time I was over he was cuddling with me and sleeping next to me. him

I thought so. I love the pitties. I volunteer in bully breed rescue. My dog is lab/pit mix. His mama is all pit, his dad must have been lab.
Same here it's a shame the way people brand them! They are how you bring them up. Good on you for volunteering the world needs more of you:)
