Hi. I have joined today and I have synced my Fitbit Charge 2 but my steps registered are not the same as what is showing on MFP? My MFP is showing less and I can only imagine it's the steps picked up by my phone rather than the fitbit. Can anyone help? x

On the MFP mobile app, go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected. If that does not work, you may need to disconnect the link on MFP, then go to the Fitbit website to revoke access, then go to MFP website (not mobile app) to reconnect; then verify Fitbit tracker is your step source.

Thank you for responding but I did all of that before posting here. I've also emailed MFP as I'm
at a loss as to what to do next.0 -
In fact I've noticed it's not updating anything. Not even the food0

If you just set up everything today, give it some time. If things aren't transferring in the evening, then maybe something isn't working right. There tend to be delays with the syncing.
