I just got my new vivofit hr, it's all set up,and it is not tracking steps. HELP!!! I can't seem to find any info to troubleshoot this.

    On the MFP mobile app, go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Garmin Tracker is selected.

    You mean the device isn't displaying any steps, or it's not uploading to the Garmin app, or it's not then transferring to MVP?

    The device itself is not tracking steps or HR or distance.

    I don't have a VivoFit, so don't know how it's delivered, but you're either not set up properly, not getting power to the device, or it's defective.

    Assuming that you've managed to pair with a phone can you check through the Connect App that step tracking and HR are actually switched on? On my VivoSmart I can switch both off using the app.

    this is all that I see on the app. Activity tracking is/was toggled on.

    You're using a different version of the App, presumably iPhone or Windows Phone so I can't advise how to navigate around.

    Given that it's saying that you need to synchronise, is that your problem? Your bluetooth logo isn't indicating that anything is connected.
