Hi everyone! I'm a 63 year old female. I've steadily gained weight now for 3 or 4 years. I was never over 125. I now weigh 166. I've been under stress and an illness which surgery has now repaired and its time to get serious about this. I've been doing low carb this time for 2 weeks and have lost 6.5 lbs. I'm so excited to be here and get to know you all

I too am doing the low carb high gat Keto diet. I have lost 5.4 in two weeks. I have try every diet out there and counting calories was one that never worked. My daughter's are doing this with me and one has lost 9.6 the other 6.4. I feel you have to do what is bedt for your body and your life. People are going to judge know matter what.
