    Very nice, similar to my goals except I'm 49.. 5'3 sw 147 cw 141 gw 124 or less.. I've added 1-2 gym trips a week to boost my metabolism and am trying to improve my fitbit steps, but i agree, most of it is making good food choices.

    Congrats! Inspiring to see success stats I can relate to! I'm 5'2", SW 145, CW 141. Not sure I will end up being as low as 118 when I get to a "goal" weight bcuz I do want to incorporate exercise (Strength training).
