Need motivation. .

Used to be superfit. . Had Leukemia and body not the same. Encouragement needed

    Add me and we can loose weight together. Support in a group is much better.

    Do strength training. I have a personal trainer. This is the best investment I made in my life. I used to think that cardio was where it's at, and that strength training was an "add-on" to cardio, if I had time.

    Not so. I find strength training, esp. with heavy weights, to be very motivating. it helps to get angry when you're lifting weights. See how far you can push yourself before your muscles give out.
