                    During the super bowl tonight I will be doing some extra work.
Each time the announcers say "Matty Ice" I will be doing five push-ups.
Each time the announcers reference DeflateGate, I will do five push-ups!
Each time they show Gronk, I will do 5 burpees.
Each time someone says this is the most entertaining game, I will do five push-ups.
If you can think of anything else, let me know.

            Nope, the game is for eating, drinking and commercials. I am going to go outside and do some physical labor around the horse pasture, then will do my 60 minute cardio sculpt DVD. Shower, then rest and relax!0

            I'll be drinking beer and eating chicken wings...
I'll also be off for my Sunday ride soon and put about 30 miles in the books...1 -

            Horse pasture workout done. 115 active minutes on fitbit, 13 peak, 58 cardio. The workout entailed moving a pile of damp dirt/sand from one spot to another, using a wheelbarrow with a rusty, practically non-moving wheel through deep sand. Who needs a gym?0

I may join you in a version of this. I'm not a football fan, so this'll make it more interesting. I'll have to keep it simple though. I have a hard enough time figuring out what going on without adding a layer of complexity.
Besides, I have important eating to do.

            I don't know what any of those things mean, but I'm all for fitness games, so play on!
(I'll be off on a day hike this afternoon. The trails will be deserted. I love Super Bowl because I get the whole world to myself while everybody else is watching the game!

            My workout studio does a Pre-Super Bowl workout. It has a tremendous response! 45 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weights. Fun stuff!!0
