Good work on losing 5 pounds! It's doubtful you undid all that work in just one meal, likely just some bloat/water retention.4

Don't let tht stop you..and don't beat yourself up about it! Tomorrow is a new day! I'm here to lend support.1

Thank you! That could be true it was Mexican food and two margaritas . Bad idea ! I am gonna get back on it tomorrow and keep going !3

It will all come back off pretty easily, likely just water weight from the excess salt...
I lost 180lbs and sang that same song over and over again. I know it's hard not to feel discouraged but trust me when I say weight loss happens like a ball bouncing down a flight of stairs.
Best of luck5 -
Everytime you think you've fallen, brush yourself off and keep going.
And Mexican is never a bad idea ;-)2 -
Unless that was a 17500 calorie meal, you're experiencing the wonders of water weight!3

It doesn't work that way. In order to gain 5 lb from one meal, that meal would have had to put you 17,500 calories over maintenance. As mentioned above, you added water weight and are probably retaining some extra food in your intestines.
Remember that weight loss is not linear. Water retention can be caused by anything from high sodium intake to TOM, and day to day weight fluctuations are totally normal. Just stay the course and re-evaluate where you are after another 3-4 weeks.

Wow, you ate 17,500 calories in one meal? Impressive.3

It's a journey you must be patient and follow your program, exercise, diet and lifestyle changes.

It's a mental game... you didn't really gain it back it is just water weight/bloating and temporary. Just shake it off and keep doing what you were for 3 weeks, you'll recover!1
