Hello, I'm looking for a support; people to motivate and keep each other on track! I'm in my mid 30's with 3 young children. I primarily stay home, aside from working in a dental office 10 hrs a week. i have been on an on and off again journey of weight-loss for the past 6 yrs. It's mainly due to being pregnant and/or nursing for the last 7 yrs straight, but i had my last child almost 2 yrs ago and i need to get down to a healthy weight; pre pregnancy weight. I'm having a hard time getting it off. Im at the weight i was when i delivered my last child. Now it's time for support and motivation! My family has moved all over the country every 2 years for the past 6 years, so finding local support is tough. Any mom's out there wanting to motivate and support each other, please add me!! I log all my food and i have a fitbit that i use. The struggle is real!!!

Hi ladies, I'm 33 years old with a 3 year old and a 1.5 year old, I'm trying to lose weight but finding it hard to find the time to exercise! I'd love some support and motivation, I find it particularly hard to resist sweet snacks when I'm tired (youngest boy still doesn't sleep through!) and when both boys are having grumpy days! I would love some mum friends who understand the struggle!5

Hello!! 36 year old mom of a 2 year old! This is my latest attempt at weight loss. Have a good 100 lbs to lose. I have been eyeing weight watchers for a week now because I need that accountability from the meetings. But it's not with in my budget. I want to save those funds for my new clothes (I hope). Add me here or on Fitbit [edited by mods]1

Hi all! I'm a 33 year old mom of two (8 year old and 6 year old). I am back at it again as well! I followed MyFitnessPal last year and lost over 50 pounds. Then summer came and I started slacking. Soon it was fall and the holidays were here and before I knew it I had put on 20 pounds...ugh! Crazy how fast the weight comes back. I am determined NOT to let that happen again because I definitely don't appreciate having to lose the same weight again
One thing that does really work for me (that seems really simple) is just being honest, logging my food and forcing myself to stay under my calories. Although I will still have a treat, I try to keep it under my calories for the day.
One app I do really like is Happy Scale. You enter your weight daily and it will use previous weights to make predictions for the next milestone, week, month, a certain date or when you'll reach for final goal. I find this to be motivating - even if my final goal is along way off, it's nice to see that I (hopefully) be a lot lighter by summer!
Anyone can add me! I think it great to have support on here! We can do it - just keep going!5 -
Hello everyone! I'm a 33 year old mother of two. This is my first serious attempt at losing weight. A friend introduced me to MFP & I'm down 30lbs in five months. I learned that I needed to hold myself accountable by logging everything I eat & it's worked so far. I'd still like to lose 10-15 more pounds & would love to be part of this group. Feel free to add me on MFP or Fitbit [edited by mods]. Thanks.6

Hi all you beautiful ladies. I am 41 mother of a 2 yr old girl i am a nurse and work the 3-11 shift. Which turns into 3-2 or 3am shift i run all night at work and when i get home I'm exhuasted. I have zero energy to get on the treadmill. I have been stuck as the same wt for a few months. In getting discouraged. I don't have a lot of friends here to go and work out with or anything like that. I try to walk a lot When I'm not at home. On my days off I'm so tired I have to get bills done, get the house in order, and still be able to still play with my daughter. I feel like I'm at a standstill because I'm so exhausted from work.
I stopped logging my food because it will constantly telling me all your oh you're under your calories we wont log them or show them. I know s*** I've been running my *kitten* off at work all day excuse my language didn't have time to eat so I stopped login. I'm going to get back on that just looking for some support just like you ladies I don't know where you're at Pasco County Florida. Thanks for listening add me as a friend if you'd like ♡2 -

I'm a 35 year old mother of 2 (9 & 3). I can't seem to get motivated to get back on track either. Last year, I was down to 177 and let myself go. I had my annual appointment this morning and weighed 201. My scale at home said 197.7, but that was first thing this morning and naked. We are going to the beach in 6 months and I would love to be 25-30 pounds down by then. I would love some motivating and supportive friends on here!2

I'm also a stay at home mom of a 5 and 2 year old. After my last baby, I have managed to lose another 15 to 20 pounds. Kept the weight off now about two and a half years.
I use a Fitbit too. Love it!!!!
We all need motivation and support. Feel free to add me as a friend.2 -
I'm a 31 year old mother of 2 girls (7 & 4). I work full time outside the house so finding time for exercise can be a challenge. I was overweight my whole life and lost 75lbs back when I was 18. Fast forward to a wedding and a baby and I put all that weight back on. I was naive in thinking when I got pregnant with #1 that I could eat for 2 and not gain weight. I lost some until I got pregnant (surprise!) again with #2. I've kept about 50 extra pounds on me that I've been trying to take off the last 3 years. I'm down about 15lbs in the last year....now I'm focused on eating in a deficit everyday. Hoping this is my year! Feel free to add me!!2

Hello! I'm a 34 year old SAHM of 4 kids (3 boys- 12,9,8 & girl-2) I'm making 2017 MY year to finally get all this weight off (I'm doing well thus far). In 2009 I lost 50 lbs in 9 months, took a break to go back to school but then got pregnant with our daughter. I gained back most of what I lost. It's been a struggle since. I've tried losing the weight but would make some excuse to stop after 2 months. So here I am once again and fighting to get my sexyback. I'm always looking for support and supporting those who are active with open diaries2

I'm a 34yo sinlge mom of two. They are 7 and 11. I am, what has been labled a "free range" parent. I don't read labels, I feed my kids processed food. I let them run around the neighborhood on nice days with friends so long as they check in every hour. I tend to be sarcastic with them when they get on my nerves, but I love them to no end. I cuss like a sailor, even if they are in ear shot. I have tattoos and love essential oils. I enjoy wine with my friends, and I avoid laundry at all costs. I do demand respect from my kids, and becuase of it, they're pretty freaking awesome. If you think you can handle me, I'd love to be your friend4

Hi, I'm a 33 year-old mom of four, ages 10, 8, 4, and 2. I had some success with MFP back before my 4 year-old was born. I had my two youngest very close together (16 months) and didn't ever really take off the weight. I recently got up to 202.8, which is my highest non-pregnant weight. I would like to lose 40-50lbs. I also work full time on a non-traditional schedule with half shift work, so that makes things challenging as well. I would love to get some support and support some other moms.0
