    Valentines Day is a *kitten* holiday anyway.

    What? I'm supposed to tell someone that I care about them because a greeting card company thinks it's a good idea and wants to make money on the deal?

    It might be different if my wife believed that *kitten* , she thankfully doesn't.

    I agree with you 100%, Awesomely said!

    As a single person tho, something about Valentines Day that makes me sad...its like a "holiday" (feels a bit to me like more of a trivial gimmick), but still makes me feel a bit lonely...I don't know why...so I celebrate it and buy myself something :)

    I actually don't, celebrate any; holidays/festive days except Halloween but I've to, remember when; they're because of, changes concerning; business hours & closures! I once accidentally, walked to; my bank on: New Years Day lol & at 1st it, was confusing to me as to; why they weren't open!

    Ah Valentine's Day, the one day a year I'm glad to be single..
    Not through lack of money (I mean, everybody wouldn't mind a little more right but, I do okay) but because almost every girl I've ever dated has has expensive taste and Valentine's Day always seems like an expectation.

    I prefer buying random little cute gifts throughout the year.. not, go broke on one lol!

    Meh.. it's another day!!
