HELP!

Wow up this Mornin.... Almost 30 pounds heavier ....feeling disgusted, kind if depressed.... I hope this app will help me. I am ready for a change!! Any suggestions or ideas welcome.

Plan in advance meals if u can and also prepare them.
I have weds and sundays off and take these two days to prepare my lunch for work and my tea in the evenings.
That way i know what im having. Helps me with calorie control. Also i put my salad etc stuff inna labeled pot so i know wheb i just grab it, what the calorue content is.

Um, you don't mean that you gained 30lbs overnight, do you? Because that is some serious water retention and you need to get to an emergency room. NOW.0

Don't think that was meant literally - it's kind of a common expression, I believe, or once was.
OP, welcome to My Fitness Pal! This tool has been extremely helpful to me and to many, many others. I'm now down 107 lbs in total and counting, and all of that has been with the aid of MFP. There is a lot of information on this site - take the time to read as much of it as you can, including the stickies in the forums. There are some fantastic, knowledgeable people here in the forums who are excellent resources for beginners - don't be afraid to ask questions.
