Can anyone give me advice as to what caloric intake I should be eating and if 1200 calories is the right amount? I weigh 220 as of today I am 5'2 and want to lose 40-50 pounds in the shortest amount of time that is healthy. I exercise 5 times a week for 2-3 hours burning between 450-600 calories (  watch tracker). I eat chicken and veggies, no processed foods and try to stay under 75 carbs a day. Thank you in advance!!!

Put your information in MFP and it'll do all that for you....

I think when you go for the "fast as possible" loss you may be setting yourself up for disappointment. It takes time to put pounds on and it takes time to get them off. Plug your numbers into MFP and go for a two pound a week loss. If you are honest and dedicated it will start to seem easy are you get into the groove. The exercise will help too but you may want to eat back about 50% calories for fuel.

I stay under 20 carbs a day, and fuel up on coffee blended with butter and mct oil ;)

    Don't do this.
    Seriously.
Use a TDEE calculator or at least BMR. MFP says everyone should consume 1200 calories and that just isn't true for most people.

No it doesn't. Unless you say you are sedentary and want to lose 2lbs a week... set a realistic goal and mfp will give you a realistic calorie goal.

Carbs arent bad, they help you stay fuller for longer... just my 2 cents.
