Shopping lists/ meal ideas

I'm Charlotte 22 on 1/1/17 I weighed 17st 14.8 currently at 17st 7.2 wooohooooo

So I've lost around 7lbs from simply lowering bad fats and increasing veg and fruits, however my foods are getting sooooo boring so I'd like some ideas for low carb meals/shopping lists please :D

    Yay! That is so cool :):)

    I pretty much eat the same things just in different variations so I'm not completely sure if it's much help for you lol but for me I always eat some sort of egg scramble in the morning, a smoothie at lunch, and a stir fry variation at night. I'll just make them into tacos if I'm getting bored or switch up the veggies etc.

    My shopping list is always a variation of the following and the only time I eat "unhealthy foods" (I put this in quotes since people's opinions on this term varies immensely) is if we go out to eat or someone else makes the meal.

    Eggs
    Bell peppers
    Olive oil
    Spinach
    Chicken breasts
    Greek yogurt
    Bananas
    Green tea
    Herbal teas
    Bone broth
    Coffee
    Spices (cayenne, red pepper, garlic, onion)
    Carrots
    Apples
    Frozen fruits/veggies (for smoothies)
    Raw unsalted Almonds
    Raw unsalted peanuts
    Salted cashews
    Canned sardines/salmons/herring
    Quinoa
    Grapes
    Snap peas
    Green beans
    80%cocao chocolate bars

    If we are having an exciting meal I'll buy shredded cheese and bacon however I have zero self control around those two foods so I can't keep them in the fridge regularly... or I'll eat quesadillas every meal forever!

    My fiancé loves toast/wraps so I always buy whole wheat/whole grain wraps and breads for him but I (almost) never eat them myself.
