    3.2 mph or 3.2 kph?
Calories burnt will also depend on your mass.
Have you tried logging the exercise through MFP? The app should take those things into account.
A lot of treadmills let you input your age, height and weight to give a more accurate burn.

MFP has an exercise category of walking at 3 mph. If you input that it will take into account your current weight.
Heavier people burn more calories moving their bodies than thinner people. Whether or not you hold on will alter the calorie burn. It also will depend on whether or not you use the incline. However, the general category is close enough for most people.

Walking: Weight (in pounds) * distance (in miles) * .3= calories.
    Running: Weight * distance * .67 = Calories.
    Or thereabouts.

You know your weight, the treadmill will tell you the distance and your phone has a calculator.
