Kinetic link training

Hi all, for anyone who knows what Kinetic link training ( Wayne rogers - KLT) it is hard and intense with strength, cardio and flexibility so it doesn't fit into the normal categorys, does anyone know what that average cal burn would be to input data into a log ???

It is basic circuit training. For someone starting, calorie burn will be rather low since the person is trying to master the movements. I would say no more than 250-300 calories per hour. Someone more experienced who can push the movements, I would say 6-7 cals/kg body wt/hour.1
