Help!!

I'm trying to pair my iwatch with MyFitnessPal and I'm having difficulty. What apps does everyone use to contact the iwatch to Myfitnesspal? I didn't see a thread on this, so I thought I'd post it and hope someone could help!

Thank you :)

All your info goes into your health kit. If you sync your apple health kit to MFP it will also sync your activity as well. I just did this myself for the first time today.

Because I'm a stickler, it's not an iWatch, it's just Apple Watch

That said, I've tried a few of the health and fitness apps out there and the native Activity and Health apps are just fine. The workouts you can choose work well and sync nicely with MFP. What difficulty are you having?

Thanks, this is really good to know.

OP, open Apple's Health app and click "Sources" at the bottom. You should see MyFitnessPal as one of the sources. Clicking on that will then allow you to customize which data is synced to your MFP account.

I've done All of that and my workout times and calories aren't registering on the MFP but they are on the apple health kit and watch

I've tried all that also and it still won't sync. I've allowed it to with the Health App. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. It won't even register with MFP

Phew! I'm not the only one having problems syncing data. It just WON'T transfer over, and I find myself manually entering everything. Such a pain in the neck, and defeats the purpose of the apps. Any tech advice would be appreciated.

What I would like to do is to be able to have my steps, calorie burned and excerice to show on MFP. My watch doesn't even show in the connected section of the app or website

In MFP app, under More>Apps & Devices there should be a list of apps that will work and the Apple Healthkit should be there. The watch won't show, the Apple Healthkit will, and you should be able to connect there and it will then tell you to go adjust what you share in the Health app itself.
