Unsure if I picked the right activity level

Hi! I work 6 days a week and my job fairly physical. For my job I spend about 6 hours a day on my feet walking around and doing some light lifting/carrying (5-15lbs). However my heart rate is never elevated to the point were I can't comfortably carry a conversation. In fact I don't ever really notice my heart rate being elevated. I also go to the gym 3-4 times a week for an hr to break a sweat but when I do so that I always log it. I chose "active" for my activity level. Thoughts?

That is what I would choose for activity level.
Use that setting for a month and adjust if your results don't match. It really is an experiment and we all are somewhat different in the energy we expend.1 -
that sounds about right. I do the same for my job and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week for weightlifting and cardio 2-3 times a week. When I know I have a very active day the next day I compensate by eating a little more the day before.0
