Coming back to MFP after a... "seasonal hiatus" (haha, in other words: I got fat and lazy for the holidays ). I am committing to working out at least 30 minutes a day - I work out from home with Core De Force, 21 Day Fix, T25, and anything else that makes me feel challenged and accomplished. I have taken the last few months off, and believe me it has really made getting started again difficult. My biggest challenge is keeping the calories low, because I LOVE me some food... and finding yummy recipes to keep me from going cray while I'm watching my caloric input. If you have any of these things in common with me, lets be accountabilibudies !

I can sure relate to what you're saying! I'm seriously watching the way I eat and getting back into daily exercising! MFP is a big help! #WeCanDoThisYesWeCan!!0
