Jawbone UP, MFP and Xercise4Less calorie burn estimates... which to go with?!

Hi all
I'm really confused about which I should be using to log exercise into MFP to get a more accurate calorie estimate as I've NO clue what I should be eating back, as they're wildly different.
For example today I've been to the gym and done a LBT class, Les Mills Body Combat and Les Mills Body Pump class. Xercise4Less estimates that at 1,125 in terms of calorie burn. Turn to my jawbone tracker and that has given me 426. MFP is different again... so as you can imagine I really don't know what I should be aiming for in terms of calories, eating back exercise calories and just generally logging my exercise.
Any advice would be great!

Apparently mfp overestimates calories burned !! I always imagined so, and because my goal is weight loss, I'm only eating a relative amount calories (from protein) after strength training, for muscle repair.
This whole topic of eating back calories burned confuses the crap out of me though0
