Successes/struggles this week: Honored ALL my self-promises which feels amazing, and ALMOST counters the extreme DOMS I'm feeling! Struggled with new gym, strange equipment and aforementioned soreness. Ouch.

Success/struggles - I'm working all weekend which means a lot of time walking and strict meal regime, loooong commute where I get bored and struggle not to buy snacks for journey home.2 -

Struggles this week:
Main struggle is the big fact the scales have gone the opposite way.
I have been having issues with eating chocolate this week which I don't normally do -my main downfall is wine- but along with only exercising 1ce last week I'm not surprised with this gain.
My actions this next week:
To plan ahead my meals to reduce snacking. To eat more meals (smaller portions) to stay fuller. Longer.
Shake up my exercise routine by doing 4-5 days and at least 3 different styles.

Struggles this week: Had a great week with lots of exercise cleaning out a room for my daughters art studio and watching intake. Drinking water every hour helped also. Nothing major happening this week except date night on Friday with hubby. If I am well behaved during the week I plan to enjoy a glass of wine or two! Happy Valentine's Day to all!2 -

Successes/struggles this week: I dipped as low as 164.6 this past week and bounced back up to 167.6 by Monday morning. Didn't log over the weekend, so it's hard to say exactly what went wrong (ate consciously, but didn't track exact calories).1 -

Successes/struggles this week: This was a hard week. My body was injured and I couldn't move much for days. And I had a girls day where we ate and drank and had fun and well....I wasn't exactly 'on plan'. This week is to get back to it!3 -

Successes/struggles this week: Ate on plan, completed all workouts and STILL didn't lose Shytt. At least it's going down. Had a health struggle; son came home from college for the weekend and brought scabies. Yes, I hugged him. Yes, I got it. Yes, ran to doctor and creamed up within 24 hours. Buggies freak me OUT! Now doing laundry for DAYS.2 -

Toyoda I am also losing slowly and working my butt off. It is very frustrating. But look at it this way, even .5 lb per week is 24 off in a year which is better than a gain. So sorry to hear about the scabies. Next week will be a good one!1 -

Struggles this week:
My struggle was worry. Worrying about choices worrying that it's not going to make a difference and that even though I'm making changes it's not going to make a difference.
I proved myself wrong.
My actions this next week:
To continue planning meals. It 100% worked for me last week.
I accounted for everything including the fatbag Indian and buckets of wine/ prossecco I had at the weekend.
Because of the planning I didn't let it get out of control and felt as though it was an actual treat to enjoy rather than it being the norm and constantly feeling guilt about choices I made.
My actions this week are to continue planning and continue with the exercise. Shaking it up by doing 2 similar workouts and 2 new ones.3 -

Been listening to my body better and eating when hungry and not overeating or boredom snacking. Struggles-have not been getting to the gym in the early morning like I need to. But I am trying to get up earlier to make it happen so I'm getting there.3 -

Successes/struggles this week: Husband joined MFP this past week and that definitely helped me keep my weekend under control, as he was always being very aware of what we were eating and not suggesting the typical type and quantity of foods we sometimes eat on the weekend. He even went to the gym with me. Cool!2 -

Struggles this week: Difficult to focus. Found out my dad's blood cancer has progressed to the final stage of leukemia. Instead of more years we are down to more months with him. Making the most of my time with my dad.2 -

Successes/struggles this week: Had to play nurse for adult daughter knee injury, at her house, with her food. Ate small. This might be the slowest weight loss in history. Doesn't look like I'll meet my FEB goal. But, I've got until April to fit into a certain dress. So, as Dorie says, Just keep swimming!2 -

Successes/struggles this week: Successes-The scale is down..always a success. But more than that, I feel better. I can feel my clothes are getting looser every week. Struggles-have not been getting to the gym in the early morning like I need to. But I am trying to get up earlier to make it happen so I'm getting there. And moving my alarm to the dresser across the room to make myself actually get out of bed, instead of snoozing. Water intake-I seem to be always a few cups shy of my 1-gal per day goal.4 -

Struggles this week: Lots of family get togethers with stress eating. I was able to get in a bit of exercise to help balance the overeating. Met the February goal and will continue to work on watching calories and exercising next month. With frequent visits home to see my dad I anticipate that the stress may out weigh (pun intended) the ultimate goal.
