    I'm new to this too! Feel free to add me! I just usually try and have smaller portions and check the sugar content/fat in my foods, and of course exercise!

I'm trying to form a small group of friends who report to each other once a week or so, give status updates, share tips, give encouragement, etc. I think I'll be more consistent if I know I have to tell someone, ya know?
