When best to exercise?

I'm just wondering is it better/make any difference if you exercise in the morning, or in the evening?

    well according to the experts, you are the strongest in the evening!

    - in truth, whatever fits your schedule! but be consistent

    whenever you have time. I used to workout in the evening but started going with my wife in the morning. Best I could muster in the evening was deadlifts of 2 x 495. In the morning Ive done 4 x 495. Doubt you are stronger in the evening, just more awake. Plus it gives you all day to fatigue.

    Workout when you can.
