Bicycle/cardio friends with open diaries:)

Hi everyone!
I got into cycling a few months ago and I am also trying to lose around 15 lbs.
My rides range between 15 and 50 miles and I usually eat back half or more of the exercise calories.

If you're into cycling (or running that's cool too!) and have an open diary I would LOVE to be friends and check each other's diaries for ideas and motivation!

    Add me! Mostly running now because it's minus 20 outside, but sometimes do spin bike rides to stay in shape.

    I'm a long distance rider in the summer, but am also starting to train for triathlons, so just short ones for now!
    I would like to lose 20-30 lbs, but more importantly increase my cardio capacity.
