Good Morning Everyone!
I have just started my weight loss journey. This is my second day in and I am feeling Great! Looking for some friends to help with achieving my goals. I have three kids and have let me body go! Now I just want to get active to spend time with them What brought me to this conclusion.....Spent a Saturday playing football with my kids and could barely walk on Sunday and Monday! My goal is not about weight loss it is about being healthy (these two go hand in hand).
Looking for low calorie recipes and help with quick and easy breakfast ideas.
